Description
The aesthetics and functionalities of this knife were largely defined by the army services, through the SCA (Service Central des Armées). TB took on the task of shaping these requirements, as well as mechanical development and manufacturing, in compliance with particularly rigorous specifications. Compared to the Bivouac®, the Baroudeur® is stronger, but also heavier. Cutlery is still included with the knife, but is no longer attached to it. The knife is locked by a liner-lock, the reliability of which is ensured by precise manufacturing using high-precision machining. What’s more, you can open the knife with just one hand… as long as you’re right-handed. Baroudeur® is the first knife to have benefited from CNC machines, as well as laser-cutting machines, enabling large-scale manufacture with greater consistency and reliability. With the announced end of production, Baroudeur® will go down in the history of soldiers’ equipment. To date, it is the knife that will have accompanied our soldiers for the longest time. There’s still time to buy this piece of history!
