Deliveries and returns

Packages are generally dispatched the day we receive your payment, subject to availability.

Free postage on purchases of 99 euros or more (including VAT, excluding postage) in a relay point (DPD Pickup or Mondial Relay) in mainland France.

Standard home delivery is by Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you would like a delivery with signature, an additional cost will apply. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the weight of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Packages are oversized and protected.

The return costs for the reimbursement of one or more items remain the responsibility of the customer in accordance with Article L121-21-3 of the French Consumer Code. To this end, the customer is free to use any carrier (except relay points). Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

For all exchanges, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense in accordance with Article L121-21-3 of the French Consumer Code. If the customer finds an error in the delivery of a product (wrong size, wrong color, etc.), we will cover the cost of return and reshipment. In this case, please contact us before returning the wrong item(s). We will provide you with a prepaid Colissimo label by e-mail, which you can print out and affix to your parcel.

Delivery within 48 hours to 1 week depending on destination.

A choice of 2 delivery options: home delivery or collection point.

Delivery times are calculated in working days (all days of the week except Sundays and public holidays).

In addition to this delivery time, there is a preparation time (1 to 3 working days).

In the event of stock shortage, the lead time may be longer. In this case, the customer will be notified by e-mail.
