Higonokami VG-10 (persimmon wood)

The genuine Japanese-made Nagao Higonokami Warikomi knife. The blade is made of high-quality VG-10 steel. The blade has a double-edged V-shape, so you can use it on either side, whatever your dominant hand. The blade is concealed in a stainless steel handle and is easily opened with the thumb on its “Chikiri” handle.
