Description
NATO-certified petrol and diesel jerrycans: robustness and safety for fuel transport
Made from high-grade welded steel, this jerrycan is ideal for transporting petrol or diesel in both civil and demanding environments. In the field, this makes all the difference: less deformation, less risk of leakage during transport, and a reserve that remains usable after several manipulations.
Its NATO certification and UN approval provide a reliable framework for transporting fuel. The first thing to check is the compatibility between the closure, the seal and the liquid being transported: in this case, the assembly is designed for flammable fuels.

This 10-litre fuel can: features and accessories
- Capacity: 10 liters, suitable for a vehicle, a portable reserve or a generator.
- Anti-corrosion interior treatment and impact-resistant olive-green exterior finish for everyday use.
- Bayonet cap with nitrile seal and safety lock.
- Ergonomic handle, useful for maintaining a good grip even when wearing gloves.
- Optional flexible funnel with pouring tube for splash-free filling.
- Made in Europe.
Safe, splash-free filling: the flexible jerrycan pourer
The optional removable flexible funnel is fitted with a long-reach pouring tube and a non-drip hose. In practical terms, when topping up on a lawnmower, generator or hard-to-reach reservoir, you can pour more cleanly, even in windy conditions.
Robust construction: steel, watertightness and canister approval
- Deep-drawn 0.9 mm steel: better resistance than a conventional plastic can to impacts and light crushing.
- Dimensions: 34 × 28 × 13 cm, a size that fits easily into a trunk or workshop storage space.
- FKM seal compatible with flammable liquids.
- Empty weight: 2.5 kg, a coherent compromise between sturdiness and manoeuvrability.
Where this model stands out is in the coherence of the whole: rigid steel, secure closure and gasket adapted to the fuel. What the data sheet doesn’t show is the behavior with repeated use: well-formed metal keeps its geometry better in the neck and cap.
Accessories and jerrycan maintenance: optimize your fuel reserves
Compatible accessories are available: holding systems, manual pump and jerrycan holder for 4×4. For use where regular transport requires stable storage and cleaner filling.
Safety and maintenance
After use, wipe down the outside, evacuate any residual vapours and store the jerrycan out of direct sunlight. Do not exceed 95% fill: this margin allows the fuel to expand without stressing the closure.
Regularly check the condition of the cap and gasket – the same protection logic applies to the stem and can body. This model is still suitable for transport and mobile fuel storage, but not for long-term storage in poorly ventilated premises.
