Description
Tactical medical pouch: modular design and quick access
Detachable medical pouch designed for emergency equipment in tactical environments and demanding terrain. Compact size (17 × 13 × 7 cm closed, weight 0.200 kg) allows integration on existing MOLLE system or stand-alone carrying via detachable belt. Designed for team doctors, EMT personnel or operators on autonomous missions who need a modular first-aid kit with immediate access.
Emergency rapid access system
The central compartment is equipped with two-way slides for two-way opening. This is an important detail in critical situations: the pocket opens flat, giving access to the entire contents without secondary handling or prior unfolding.
MOLLE modularity and complete detachability
The removable belt incorporates standard MOLLE attachments compatible with tactical clothing, backpacks, protective equipment and load-bearing belts. A hook-and-loop fastener ensures a secure fit on existing MOLLE panels, including military and paramedical systems.
The laser-cut MOLLE front panel allows additional accessories to be attached as required. This means that the basic configuration can be upgraded without having to replace the entire system.
Materials and content protection
Cordura 600D polyester construction provides abrasion and tear resistance for field conditions. The water-repellent PVC inner lining protects medical equipment from moisture and infiltration.
The SBS zipper guarantees long-lasting reliability under repeated use. These three elements combine to ensure the integrity of the contents, whatever the rigors of operational conditions.
Compactness and portability
At 17 × 13 × 7 cm and 0.200 kg, the pouch can be carried for long periods without noticeable strain. The compact format maintains a functional balance between storage capacity and carrying discretion.
This size is equally suited to emergency missions in a tactical context, as well as to medical autonomy on busy treks or in outdoor teams.
Who is this folder for?
Designed for tactical operators, emergency response personnel (EMTs, paramedics) and field teams looking for structured medical autonomy. The IFAK format is designed for demanding military, paramedical and outdoor contexts.
Its detachability allows gradual integration into existing equipment. No need to replace a complete system to adopt it.
